Default Green Smoothie Bar in London?

    Hi

I am thinking of buying one of those fancy blenders (vita-mix, blendtec etc.) to make green smoothies...
But as I've never tasted a green smoothie, I am wondering if there is any smoothie bar in London where I could try one?

    Many thanks

Aren't there some for £20 that do the same? I don't think such an expensive piece of equipment is necessary if you'll only make green smoothies out of it, those high end food processors are multi purpose with lots of attachments etc.

If you know of any let me know.

I've tried to prepare green smoothies in my 'normal' blender and the smoothie turned out mushy...

Allegedly those commercial blenders liquidise the greens completely and make them easier to drink. I don't know though, so I would like to taste first before I spend a lot of cash on a high-end blender

There's one example, specialised 'smoothie maker' rather than a generic food processor and it has lots positive reviews.

I have a Kenwood Smoothie2go, its not the world's strongest blender but its small enough to make one smoothie, is easy to clean and once you put in enough liquid it'll blend greens perfectly fine. The main thing of it being 'to go' is that the containers can be used as travel cups so you could just make your smoothie, slap the lid on the container and run out the door.
    Houmous atá ann!

Thank you both for the blender recommendation, I will have a look at it...
