Default Limited space in fridge? How to keep veggies fresh?

I am trying to buy more in bulk (like going shopping max every 2 weeks) - mainly stuff that doesn't need refrigerating. But I am running out of space. I already have a second freezer (both are very small). How do you keep your veggies fresh? I get a veg box every week but can't always use up everything straight away.
Only other stuff that needs refrigerating are soy yogurts, open soya milk, hubbies milk and cream cheese, juice, hummus, food leftovers, jam, open jars.

    I am going mad!

    Haha...sorry..nope...

He is very good..He doesn't eat meat and eggs anymore. I get organic milk (2 pints last a week) and organic cream cheese. That's it. And he is very obedient That's also my least problem. I don't know where to put all the veggies...
