In the Raw
That's the title of an article in the Qld 'Sunday Mail' today. It's a good article and mentions that it is basically a vegan diet comprising the freshest organic ingredients, nuts, sprouts, seeds, and, of course, fruits and veges. It's half a page, and is quite well done, and welcome to see - get fed up with food articles all about meat etc.
