cake mixes

I know it sounds lazy but I'm not very good making the "proper" recipes. Is there something that tastes decent enough,makes a nice-looking cake & easy to find?

I don't know of any store bought ones off the top of my head, but I have a really simple recipe I use, and it always turns out delicious. It's a chocolate cake, and super light and fluffy.

I always used to make the Lemon Drizzle cake by Jane Asher - I'm almost certain that's vegan, and tastes lovely!

I'd never used a cake mix before but yesterday I bought the Tesco chocolate sponge mix, which was cheap (only 66 cent!) and vegan. Instead of adding eggs and water I added a mug of soya milk with a teaspoon of vinegar, which worked perfectly. It wasn't the fanciest, most decadent cake ever but definately edible and chocolately.

I did the same with the Tesco lemon cupcake mix and it worked well too
