    Default Nori Tempura Tempeh

From "Japanese Cooking: Traditional and Contemporary" By Miyoko Nishimoto Schinner

Marinate the tempeh in soy sauce, wrap in nori, batter it with tempura batter and fry in oil. That simple (though i burnt myself with that oil).

These things are incredibly delicious, next time i want more nori flavor so i will likely double wrap them with nori, but it was wonderful either way.

Enjoy (id highly recommend the book too)

Looks great! I've never had or made tempura.
