Hello all,
I have been vegan for a while and want to go raw vegan. My problem is that I cannot sleep unless I have a big bowl of oatmeal (carbs raise seratonin) first. I also have nocturia, frequent peeing at night. I have heard fruits ie bananas but they're too watery...I've also heard nuts, soaked wild rice, soaked chic peas....what do you folks suggest, again not too liquidy.
