Default Vegan Ready Meals or Easy to Prepare Meals?

I've been having a lot of trouble with making food recently - what are some quick and easy vegan 'ready meals' that we can make in the UK? I'm aware of Sainsburys own pot noodles and soup, and carrots and hummus but that's where my knowledge ends! Any suggestions?

These are a few things that spring to mind (I would as always recommend reading the ingredients list just to be sure)

    Food doctor
wholesome pots are available in Tesco (and Morrisons have their own version)
Tesco Enjoy Spicy Bean Falafel with Bulgur Wheat
    Tesco frozen curry and chips
    Tesco gumbo looks pretty vegan
    Stagg veg chilli
Innocent label their vegan suitable pots
Tesco Free From vegetable curry appears vegan
    Sainsburys vegetarian Spag Bol
    M&S Vegetable curry
    M&S Vegetable chili
There are also a few things that can be found in H&B (Amy's Black Bean Vegetable Enchilada, Amy's Indian Vegetable Korma)

Easy to prepare as opposed to ready: homemade bean and veg soup which you prepare once and eat over several days. Or (current favourite) chop up random veg (parboil if spuds), add white sauce flavoured with yeast extract and stuff, and/or fake cheese, shove in oven and forget (not for too long, obviously).

Not the healthiest but possibly better than the average ready meal in terms of veg content etc.

Ready-made - some of those Greek things in tins or jars seem to be vegan: stuffed vine leaves, gigantes (beans) and aubergines (though I don't like the aubergine ones myself ) Falafels often are too. Have those with your hummus and some flat bread and it's quite a satisfying instant meal and most of it keeps indefinitely in your cupboard too.

To piggyback on this thread, does anyone have some easy vegan freezers meals? My husband is omni and I will be delivering our second child soon. I need to have our freezers stocked with things I can just throw in a crockpot, or he can, since trusting him to make dinner would be a disaster. Websites/cookbooks/recipes etc would be wonderful!

We quite often put leftovers in the freezer, you can do it with practically anything though it can change the texture so perhaps best with things like casseroles, stews and soups where that doesn't matter. Pizza and pastry also fine though not so good for crockpot! All the best.

Thanks for the replies everyone! I'll be sure to give Tesco's a look and look into batch cooking.
