Orgran Sponge Mixes

I would like to make a lazy and quick mini sponge pudding in the microwave and I wondered if you could use one of the Orgran Sponge Mixes to use in a mini microwave pudding bowl in the microwave or are the Orgran sponge mixes not suitable for cooking in the microwave?
