Default Willards Flings (vegan Wotsits-y type snack)

I get them from my local Budgens, but they're also available via Amazon:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Willards-Fli.../dp/B003N7YCU6

They're vegan as far as I can see (though not labelled as such) and downright addictive in an I-can't-believe-there's-no-cheese-on-these-puffs way.

I can't find anywhere that shows the ingredients.

I didn't realise that the ingredients weren't given on Amazon. Will type them out when I buy my next bag (very soon).

I looked on amazon, blimey £2.99 for a packet of crisps and £1.08 p&p? I'd want heaven in a packet for that.

Maize, Unhydrogenated Vegetable Oil (Palm Kernel Olein), Original Flavouring [Salt, Maltodextrin, Maize Flour, Flavour Enhancer (MSG (E621)), Soya Flour, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soya), Sugar, Vegetable Powders (Onion, Garlic, Celery), Yeast Extract, Flavouring, Colourant (E150c), Acid (E330)]

Only soya is listed in the allergens list.

Not sure what the term “Flavouring” in the ingredients list refers to, and one potential watch-out that just occurred to me is that this product is marked PAREV and HALAAL, but not vegetarian. Zero cholesterol, though—could that be a sign of no animal products?

I did have them some 4 years ago, and they were really nice, but I never found them after that.

They used to be available in the odd newsagent here and there I seem to recall, this was about 8 years ago. I've since kept an eye out for them but have never been successful in finding any. Maybe in the multipacks?
No sense being pessimistic. It wouldn't work anyway.
