I can't get over the cow manure toothpaste.

This reminds me, I probably should stay away from the Indian restaurant. Maybe they secretly flavor their dishes with manure and urine.

Well what about the thousands (millions) of women in the west who consumed Premarin as a post menopausal therapy, that contains urine from female horses?
And huge numbers of eastern males who consume Chinese medicine containing the bile of bears?

Urine is actually found in many items. Lotions usually contain urine (aside from the vegan ones).

What a great reason to use vegan lotions!!!

Someone on this board once worded dairy products as "animal secretions" that gave me encouragement to stop consuming dairy, because it kinda creates a more ... "hey cow's pee too, but you don't go drinking that? where does the line stop" mentality. I never thought anyone actually *would* drink it though.

Oh this brings an interesting point to light. Is it "vegan" to buy horse/cow dung for a garden?

Not vegan, as vegans wouldn't use animal products, unless there is no alternative available (like for necessary medication, roads, computers, et cetera).

HOWEVER, I imagine using cow dung/horse dung is cruelty-free, but cruelty-free isn't always the vegan choice.

    ONE DOLLAR? Are you crazy?

    (I'd pay at least $10!)

Hmm, that cow poo toothpaste may get your teeth nice and sparkly clean, but I doubt it'd do much for your breath.
