I know that these two are the good active forms of b12, (stay away from cyanocobalamin, the bad form) but they both have different benefits in your body. Would I need to take them both? If yes, How does this affect my daily intake(Like do I have to meet the daily recommended amount for them both)? How does it affect my absorption rate if i take them both at the same time?
