Everyday I eat anything vegan that I'm offered, and I have vegan friends I spend a lot of time with so usually that ends up bringing in some more diversity(typically rice, broccoli, carrots, kombucha, and various fruits). But for the most part, these are the things I eat/drink each day:
Quinoa
Kale
Tofu
Hummus
Pita chips
Apples
Bananas
Oranges
Walnuts
Chia Seeds
Almond Milk
Coconut Milk
Yerba Mate
Am I getting all my nutrients? I think I'm missing out on some B vitamins but I'm not sure, and I wouldn't know where else to get them.
