I have some red lentils that I have sprouted and I want to use them in a raw dish, but I have yet to find one that piques my interest. Raw chili or some type of raw soup would be nice. Something low-fat. Any suggestions?

I have only ever sprouted raw brown lentils and mostly I used them in simple salads or in nori or collard wraps with veggies. I love them simply squirted with fresh lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper.
I did look online to see what I could come up with for sprouted red lentils but all the recipes seem to be higher fat.
Thanks blueberries and robinI got some tomatoes and am thinking of making raw tomato sauce to put on the lentils, and the rest will go into my dinner salad.
