I have some red lentils that I have sprouted and I want to use them in a raw dish, but I have yet to find one that piques my interest. Raw chili or some type of raw soup would be nice. Something low-fat. Any suggestions?

I have only ever sprouted raw brown lentils and mostly I used them in simple salads or in nori or collard wraps with veggies. I love them simply squirted with fresh lemon juice and freshly ground black pepper.
I did look online to see what I could come up with for sprouted red lentils but all the recipes seem to be higher fat.
Thanks blueberries and robin I got some tomatoes and am thinking of making raw tomato sauce to put on the lentils, and the rest will go into my dinner salad.
