I got this about 5 months ago - even though it doesn't state it, it is a Vegan cookbook - and have been put off using it as some of the recipes require unusual (even for Vegans - Lucuma, Mesquite, Incan seeds, Flax Powder - not ground flax) and expensive ingredients but I have splashed out so I can start using it (currently about £34.00 for new ingredients not counting the stuff I already have in stock) and I'm planning on making Banana Seed Bread, Black Eyed Pea & Kale Soup, Chili, Quinoa Porridge & Quiche.
