Has anyone sprouted buckwheat groats, and used them to make pancakes? If so, how did you do it? Did you have to dehydrate the groats first?
I sprouted buckwheat the other day, and then blended the sprouts with some maple syrup and water to make a pancake batter, but the pancakes didn't work out; the batter didn't stick together. Maybe I needed to add egg replacer to the mixture?
