Chocolate Dipped Crispy PB Squares

Instead of using vegan marshmallows which can be hard to find, I used brown rice syrup to create that stickiness I loved about traditional Rice Krispy Squares. And then they are dipped in chocolate! Yum! Super easy to make. Check out the recipe below:

I made a similar recipe recently with cornflakes instead of krispies, and golden syrup because it's a lot cheaper than rice syrup, but I plan on making a krispies version in the near future.
