    Default Soy products

    Hi. I am currently making the transition to a vegan lifestyle but I have one major question. I heard from a nutritionist that eating too much soy products can increase a woman's estrogen production and lead to an increased risk of breast cancer. Has anyone else ever heard of this before? I have breast cancer in my family history so I'm already at a higher risk for it. Should I avoid soy products or at least keep my intake of them down?
