    Default vegan wraps

    Hi I have recently decided to go vegan, but having trouble sourcing some things and finding out information so hoped some of you might be able to help, I am looking for wraps, does anyone know of any vegan wraps readily available in the uk? lots are marked as vegetarian but not vegan also does anyone know if the ainsley harriot couscous is vegan? many thanks

    Do you mean ready-made wraps (e.g. in supermarkets), or to make your own?

    yeah, just plain shop bought ones I can put my own filling in, it's ok though I found this list and apparently some of tesco ones here - might be handy for some others though so here's a link to it for anyone else looking for vegan food http://realfood.tesco.com/media/docs...9a7b6306-0.pdf

    I thought I "knew" that the Mission Deli ones were vegan but I can't actually find a UK site that says that - only this US one http://www.missionfoodservice.com/us...rian.Vegan.pdf

    PS well done for going vegan and thanks for the Tesco info.
