    Default B12 in beets?

    From http://www.organickingdom.com/ns540.html:

Beets contain an abundance of potassium, phosphorus, calcium, sulfur, iodine, iron and copper, as well as traces of the rare metals rubidium and caesium. Along with carbohydrates, some protein and fat, one finds vitamin B1, B2, niacin, B6, B12 and C in beets.
I will not eat anything that walks, swims, flies, runs, skips, hops or crawls.

Well that makes me pleased, because I add a raw beet to the celery and carrots that I juice every day. Sometimes in a salad I add finely grate a raw beet mixed with a finely grated apple - there's something about the beet that is tasty!
