yesterday I was out and about all day, so I just kinda ate things when I could.
Breakfast - got up early to work out, so coffee w/soycreamer than after working out - 1 Coco Mole Lara Bar. 1/4 cup of Omega Cranberry and Nut mix
Snack while grocery shopping - Smoothie made of mangoes, coconut, pineapple, soy protein powder
Snack when getting home - pasta salad w/tofu, celery, tomatoes, red onion, parsley, olive oil, spices, etc.
Dinner - 4 or 5 peices of inari (tofu and rice) w/wasabi and gari. glass of red wine.
snack - 1/2 cup of soy nog.
breakfast: crunchy muesli with soymilk
fresh coconut
lunch: Pad Thai (the first time I didn't mess it up when making it myself. Wohoo!)

Japanese rice + nori crackers
dinner: bulgur wheat with sunflower, pumpkin and pine seeds

Hehe, thanks! There's a girl at work that bakes for us every holiday, and when she found out I was vegan she said she'd make something special for me next time, even though I told her she didn't have to go out of her way for me...thus the individual little pumpkin pies! They were really awesome, especially since I'm not making one for tomorrow.
I pretty much just had some fruit and almost 2 quarts of cherry and chocolate chip soy ice cream today....
Not very healthy but I don't do this often so...oh well =x

Brekkie: Rye bread toast with marmite and miso soup
Lunch: Bowl sweet potato, squash and carrot soup. (Normally I would eat shed loads more than that but had a complete loss of appetite. Luckily it reared it's head at 6pm ready for tea)

It's Thanksgiving in the U.S., so this is holiday eating:

Lunch: two large pieces cashew-rice roast with gravy, salad with a cashew-based ranch dressing, and broccoli with lemon-tahini sauce.
And now that I've woken up from my apre-Thanksgiving-lunch-nap, I'm warming up two apple-cream tarts.

lunch: thanksgiving! nobody in my family is even vegetarian, but I cook and a couple relatives look out for me. tofu-stuffing casserole w/ mushroom gravy, mashed potatoes & cauliflower, roasted root veggies, sweet potato & basil salad, bean & corn salad, succotash stew, raisin spice cake, sweet tea, and two sodas. holy crap.
dinner: a few leftovers from lunch plus cranberry sauce & mashed sweet potatoes w/ granola, a glass of red wine and a couple beers
I'm going on a diet tomorrow. Except that I have all these leftovers...
All of these American thanksgiving dinners sound delicious!

Lunch/Dinner: We went to my Aunt's house for most of the day for Thanksgiving. Last year, there was a lot of vegan food there (mostly veggies) but this year, there wasn't much. I was glad that I brought my frozen dinner, since my aunt only wanted me to bring dips. (Which people loved, btw )
-Amy's frozen lentil loaf dinner (lentil loaf with tomato-y sauce, mashed potatoes, peas and corn) put onto a nice plate
-Basmiti (spelling??) rice
-A little bit of asperagus
Dessert:
-Apple
-Chocolate Z-Bar I brought
Late-night snack (when we got home):
-Pretzels

Then, i got a free vegan burger in a bun, given to me by some different people (they were part of the 'buy nothing day'). Lots going on in Leeds today!!

D- @ Veggie Chaat House: BIG naan bread piece, 'Wattana & Flower' (cauliflower & pea), some 'Renghan & Lilva' (aubergine + bean in a balti)- but it was too spicy for me!
Later: Take-out dessert from chaat house: 'Lapsi'- wheat flavoured cinnamon, cooked in veg ghee + garnished with sultanas- love this!
Also bought: Zedz chocolate, banana, coconut & date (no added sugar) muffin, and a loaf of Apricot and Almond (no added sugar) cake.
Nicola, I don't even know what half of that is, but it sounds delicious nonetheless!

Lunch: Squash, sweet potato and rosemary soup with 4 Redwoods thai style chickpea cakes plus salad.
Tea: Millet and nut bake with raw capsicum, lettuce and runner beans.
Only 5 days to go without any sugar...
