    no problem.. it sound pretty rough, i can see why you're not hungry! i wouldn't be either!

    hope you're doing better now.



    today i've had:

    bowl of fiber muesli with soy milk
    a banana/strawberry/soymilk smoothie
    four (!) soy sausages, straight from the packet
    a guarana cola
    a danish

    and i still need to get something for dinner - i'm really loosing my healthy habits.

    L: 2 bananas and an apple.

    S: Handful of mixed nuts and raisins.

    D: Chickpea and spinach curry with brown rice.

    Dessert: Bowl of vanilla icecream with melted chocolate

    breakfast pineapple juice, porridge made with soya milk and
    a tsp sugar, banana and cup of coffee

    lunch 2 slices of homemade toast with soya spread,
    baked beans and a salad - fresh strawberries and
    soya strawberry yogurt

    dinner nutty mushroom pilaff, roast veggies followed by
    kiwis and 6 tinned apricot halves covered in caramel
    dessert

    snacks 2 rice cakes with low fat peanut butter and 1
    homemade coconut cookie

    drinks 2 glasses of water, 3 cups of coffee and 1 cup of
    green tea

    and feeling good on it lol - could do to drink more
    though

    Brunch, caramel nut brownie luna bar, large iced soy latte.
    Dinner, (went out) seitan roulade with veggies and roasted rosemary potatoes, shared vegan german choccie cake for dessert.
    small soy latte on walk home.

    Haha, i've been feeling a bit dodgy, so on saturday, I had a banana, and a bit of soup (the cause of my dodgyness I think..), then yesterday, half a bowl of cereal, and today a yoghurt and some berries.

    So far only a slice of toast with houmous, orange pepper and cucumber
    . . . oh and I just ate a chocolate (a coffee cream) to keep me going!

    Not intentionally starving myself - I'm just very erratic and the chaos of my brain means there is always 'just one more thing' I ought to do before I go and get something to eat. And then one more thing and then I remember something else and then - well as you can see, breakfast at 4pm!

    Breakfast was an orange (the sweetest I have had in ages) and an apple.

    Lunch was not worth talking about.

    Dinner was a large (and I mean large) mixed herb salad (there was definitely way too much coriander leaf in there) with green pepper, carrot, tomatoes, lentil sprouts, farro, mixed ground pepper and white balsamic vinegar.

    lunch: fried brown rice w/ garlic, ginger, scallion, cilantro, carrot & edamame, chocolate soymilk

    snack: apple w/ pb, coffee w/ soymilk

    dinner: stuffed shells w/ tofu ricotta & mushroom marinara

    snack: 12 (!) chocolate donut holes w/ carob glaze. I haven't had a donut since going vegan almost two years ago, so I felt I deserved to eat all of them at once

    L: Peanut butter and banana sandwich, another banana and an apple. Cup of chocolate spiced tea.

    D: Wholewheat pasta salad with raw veggies (carrot, tomato, cucumber, red pepper, spring onion, beetroot and radish) and tofu, fresh garlic and ginger, 1 tbsp omega oil, lemon juice, salt and mixed herbs.

    S: Bowl of red grapes. Handful of mixed fruit and nuts. Vanilla icecream with chocolate sauce

    umm, haven't had any juice in 2 days, feeling a bit tired..
    - banana, raspberry soyoghurt, whole meal bread with linseed, strawberryjam and chocolate

    - smoothie cuz i worked out: soymilk, 3tbsp plain soyoghurt, handfull of parsley, 3 bananas and tbsp of linseed. i shouldn't ve added the linseed, i forgot it's one of the bad food combinations..

    Breakfast: Organic White Tea with vanilla, Banana, Melon, Strawberries with strawberry alpro yogurt.

    Lunch: Seeded Bagel toasted with peanut butter and banana, 1 slice of pumpkin muffin

    Dinner: Falafel wrap with salad, another slice of pumpkin muffin,

    about 3 litres of water throughout the day
    Blackadder: Baldrick, have you no idea what irony is?

    From a couple of pages ago, I notice that Yoggy and Veganwitch have asked me for the red cabbage recipe!!! Sorry you guys - I must've missed Yoggy's original post and it's been a couple of days since I visited here.

    Anyway, the red cabbage I just steam a little to make it soft and then stir fry it with a commercial Thai sesame dressing. I'm not creative enough to make my own dressing from scratch

    Today I had a crappy eating day, but I was really tired from staying out too late last night and just had one of those "can't be bothered" days".

    2 cups of Apple Cinnamon Spice Tea.
    1 bowl of Peace Cereal with Vanilla Soy Milk.

    8 Melba toasts with Tofutti cream cheese and garden style bottled antipasto on top.

    1/2 a bar of blueberry & almond dark chocolate.

    A few baked pretzel crisps.

    1 organic banana.

    1 Amy's Shepherd's Pie with ketchup.
    A few olive oil and rosemary potato wedges with ketchup.

    1 cup of Sleepytime tea.
    2 sandwich cream cookies.

    Dinner: This one is great - I took a big plate and layered the bottom with grilled pineapple rings. Then I piled in the middle of the plate fried sweet potato shoestring fries topped with thinly sliced grilled green pepper. Then I surrounded the pile of fries with tofu peanut satay. Then my wife and I crowded around the plate with chopsticks and dug in (or did we chop in?).

    Today:

    Breakfast: Again cereal with homemade vanilla soy milk

    Lunch: Boca vegan burgers with grill mates seasoning cooked on a george foreman grill and served with pretzals and hummus.

    Tonight I will make a vegan pizza with follow your heart mozzerella

    me and small one shared raspberry(punnet), strawberry (half punnet) and apple (3) juice

    2 vats of nettle tea

    leftover channa dal and brown rice..spring onions and loads of sweet chilli sauce

    near frozen alpro soya pudding things..my throat is stupidly sore
    3 slices w/meal toast +meridian yeast extract..scratchy for my throat

    5 orgran corn crackers and massive dollop of hummous - my official favourite food now, punnet cherry toms and half an avocado

    intend to drink lots more cups of nice tea..

    Morning (at 1pm, haha): 1 roll cut with marmalade and margarine + white coffee. Best breakfast ever!!!

    Afternoon: Serbian bean soup w/ cucumber & tomato salad

    Dinner: "Wild" garlic spread on two slices of my mom's bread + some pickles on them. And a soy fruit yoghurt.

    And some nuts and fruit through the day...

    bowl of fruit muesli with soymilk

    rice with leftover peanut sauce
    1 spring roll

    rice, sweet-sour tofu stir-fry with pineapple
    (we were all starving at work today, so we ordered some Chinese goodies in)

    1 giant tomato with salt + pepper

    3 mini ciabatta rolls with mushroom paté, basil pesto, cocktail tomatoes and cucumber (not altoghether on one roll tho)

    Yesterday,
    B: peanut butter and raspberry jam sandwich on whole wheat bread.
    S: 8 oz. soy latte, 5 slices of cantaloupe
    After yoga
    D: stir fry (pea pods, mushrooms, brown rice and this goooood peanut sauce I bought at the asian market) revive vitamin water.

    tofu scramble with mushrooms, red pepper, peas + carrot

    soya cappuccino
    banana, strawberries

    wholewheat pasta + kohlrabi in parsley sauce

    I really haven't eaten much in the last week I've just lost my appetite for some reason :S

    Today, I had:

    3 apples
    1 banana
    Handful of organic dried apricots
    Sandwich: wholegrain bread (very thick slices), lettuce, two pieces of fake bacon rashers, a bit of tomato sauce, and a little bit of mayonaise.

    breakfast: chex cereal w/ soymilk, green tea

    snack: two nori brown rice cakes

    lunch: salad (baby romaine, grape tomatoes, mushrooms, green peppers, cucumbers, celery, broccoli, chickpeas & thousand island dressing)

    snack: smoothie (banana, strawberries, kiwi, peanut butter, soymilk), diet pepsi

    dinner: sea vegetable salad w/ sesame ginger dressing, thai noodle soup cup

    now: wheat bagel w/ earth balance, sleepytime tea

    I guess you're right lol! It's not like my day was full of cheeseburgers and donuts!

    A.Sphere your pineapple based dish sounds delicious!!

    Today:

    1 cup of organic Earl Grey tea.
    1 bowl of Optimum Zen cereal with vanilla soy milk.

    1 "egg" salad sandwhich on rosemary bread.

    Vegan Nachos: organic tortilla chips, Amy's veggie chilli, vegan cheese, vegan sour cream and mashed organic avocado.
    1 Bottle of Beer.

    2 dark chocolate mini easter eggs.

    Now I feel like a glass of wine and some more chocolate.

    S: marzipan bar
    D: sweet potato/spinach/lollo rosso/cucumber/beetroot/mushrooms/hummus
