A Middle Eastern dish called "mah loobie" which basically rice cooked with fried vegetables (cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, eggplant), chicken (we omitted this ), and lots of spices
Large amounts of salad (romaine lettuce, tomato, broccoli, green pepper, red pepper, cucumber, bac'n bits, olive oil, acv, mint)
Snack:
Cup of tea with agave nectar

Now thats what I expect a breakfast to be like, this only eating fruit for breakfast is starting to get to me!!

dinner: salad (leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, cucumber, sprouts, shredded carrots, and balsamic vinaigrette), two small rolls w/ marinara
snack: a beer and more baked salted pita chips
Breakfast: weetabix-esque cereal and soya milk, cup of black coffee and a cup of tea
Lunch: (caramel flavour) soya dessert yoghurt
Dinner: Big bowl of baked beans, some corn, and half a (fry's I think) slicing "sausage", I didn't know how to cook it so I just grilled it

@purple.cow: Why don't you have protein and carbohydrates together? There is no point in eating them separately from a scientific point of view. Not that I want to give the impression of lecturing you, I'm just curious.

1 cup of vegan chilli with 30g organic corn chips.
1 Yves lasange bowl.

1 cup of Throat Tea (I have a dry throat from sitting inside with the heating on all day).

I eat nutritional yeast by the spoonful.
B - 2 Wasa crisp crackers with Earth Balance, avacado, tomatoes and cucumber. 2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
L - 2 slices of hazelnut cranberry bread with Veganaise, tomatoes and peppers. 1 red apple.
S - Pineapple and 1 apple.
D - Black bean chili and Spanish rice.
Drinks - Hot soy chocolate (mint flavour) with soy whip cream! Water.

I'm not sure but your only meant to have protein and vegetables or carbohydrates and vegetables, fruit always on its own, and melon on its ownown, liquid always 30 minutes or before eating.
Actually, after reading the book, I don't think it matters so much, because she considers proteinn all things none vegans eat...so I guess as long as you don't eat nuts or something.

dinner: black soy bean spaghetti w/ peanut sauce & veggies (onion, broccoli, green beans, red pepper & mushrooms from frozen). this was surprisingly good...the spaghetti is made just from black soy beans and is really chewy, but once I got used to the texture I liked it a lot.
dessert: two hint of mint cookies and a beer
snack: two pieces of wheat bread and half a pb&j
