The "Phat-Thai" flavour is definitely NOT vegan though; it has anchovy extract

Mhhhhhhh Roxy, I think I'm in love with Lebanese food <3
I've been buried in work and attended a lot of events (both free time and work things) so I pretty much lived on falafel, raw veggies and trail mixes the last days T_T
Anyway, yesterday we went to a festival I had been soooo looking forward to, and I still didn't change those weird eating habits, but well:
"breakfast" (at 1pm): leftover curried veggies + brown rice from the night before (finally a recipe from "How it all vegan!" I liked!)
snack: falafel patties (the security guy at the festival thoght I'd had some weapons hidden in my bento box o.O! Vegan terror bento bombs!), slices of tomato and cucumber, a pretzel with sesame at the station
"dinner": chinese fried veggies, a springroll, sprout salad and rice at 3am in the old city centre at Düsseldorf when our last tram had gone, then a huge amount of peanuts at Sutton's Irish Pub.
"breakfast/lunch" (got home a 6am today and woke up at 3pm):falafel in pita bread with a lot of veggies + soy garlic sauce
at the moment: a glass of red wine
That was both Saturday and Sunday and I know it was crappy, but still soooo good...
Cereal (which made me VERY ill )
Toast
Chocolate
Banana
Roast Potatoes, Seitan, Peas and Gravy
Chocolate Swedish Glace ice-cream

Sorry, I missed your post!.
I sometimes use lentils or aduki beans, but this time I used frozen Veggie Mince. I cooked it in a frying pan, in gravey with mustard and tomato puree added to taste, and also aded sliced Mushrooms. Meanwhile I mashed Potatoes and Carrots together after boiling them til soft.
Then I lined a dish with the mince mixture, chucked the mash over the top, forked it down and splodged some margarine in dots on top, and cooked it for about 45 minutes (til top was browning).
I never cook anything difficult! .
Today I ate:
Bananas
Toast
Seitan, Mushrooms, Potatoes and Cabbage
