    Breakfast: oatmeal with maple syrup, sunflower seeds and raisins mixed in

    Lunch: leftover red lentil soup with a whole wheat bun. Apple crumble for dessert

    Supper: Amy's California burger with vegenaise, ketchup, mustard and pickles.

    Snack: roasted pumpkin seeds (I roasted them myself, so they were nice and warm, yum!)

    breakfast: two multigrain waffles w/ syrup, oj, coffee w/ f.v. soy creamer

    lunch: sandwich (hummus, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sprouts & shredded carrot on pita), small bit of garden pasta salad, cajun dill kettle chips

    snack: almonds, fruit salad (a couple bites of like eight fruits), coffee. black because I forgot my creamer, and it was gross.

    dinner: fifteen bean & collard greens soup, cornbread

    now: sleepytime tea

    • 1/2 cup of baked beans.
    • 1 toasted multigrain breadroll with Earthbalance.


    • 1 cup of coffee with Silk creamer.
    • 2 sandwich cream cookies.


    • 1 Yves Veggie Lasagne Bowl.
    • A few baked potato chips on the side.


    • 1 cup of chocolate spice tea.
    • 2 pieces of sunflower & barley bread topped with mashed avocado and salt & pepper.

    crap so far today, venti soya latte from starbucks, flapjack, toasted bagel with tofutti (that i sneaked into starbucks lol)

    1 organic pear
    1 small organic cucumber
    1 cup organic juice with 2/3 juice, 1/3 water.
    tea made from eucalyptusleaves, raspberry leaves and nettle leaves.

    2 pieces of organic amaranth ryvita with home made hummous.
    2 big organic carrots, sliced and eating with hummous.

    2 cups of hot ricemilk chocolate, made with the Green & Blacks organics cocoa.

    2 more amaranth ryvitas with hummous.

    pastasalad made with pasta penne, steamed organic asparagus, raw organic tomato, balsamic roasted organic mushrooms, home made organic pesto, sun dried tomatoes, drizzeled with nutritional yeast and some salt and pepper. YUMMIE.

    one piece of 80% dark chocolate.

    some leftover pasta salad.


    a pretty healthy day.
    my plan of upping my intake of organic foods are going really well.

    Lunch: personal pizza from The Joint with veggie pepperoni, spinach, red pepper, caramelized onions and vegan cheese on a whole wheat crust.

    Snacks (snuck into the movie theatre ): Gabriola Island Chili Chocolate bar (WOW was this ever good!!! Dark chocolate with a bit of "heat" to it. It was fantastic). One bite of a Gabriola Island garlic chocolate bar (disgusting ) . One Denman Island raspberry chocolate bar. One raw cherry cashew energy bar (I forget the brand)

    Supper (too tired to cook): Flax bagel with Tofutti cream cheese

    brekkie - porridge with apricots and raisins and i was really naughty and put a teaspoon of cocoa powder in as well. oh man, so lush!

    snack - three dolma. yum i'm so glad i discovered the vegan stuff in the local offy! i have the other three in my bag and am with difficulty resisting eating them now!

    About to have more tea and slice of a 6 inch chocolate cake that my husband surprised me with from the Whole Foods bakery. He even had a love note written on top of it!

    • 2 strawberries (they were gross)
    • Salad with French and Italian dressing, some potato wedges
    • Veggie chili
    • Glass of chocolate soy milk
    • Chickpeas and salsa with baked tortilla chips
    • Crackers and vegan cream cheese
    • Ice cream dessert
    • Glass of soy milk
    • Toast with jam and margarine
    • Banana

    breakfast: chex cereal w/ soymilk, half a grapefruit, green tea

    snack: spoonful of pb

    lunch: salad (greens, baby carrots, italian dressing), tofurkey italian sausage halved on two wheat hot dog buns w/ grilled onions & green peppers, chocolate pudding

    snack: smoothie (banana, strawberries, kiwi, oj)

    dinner: veggie pasta salad, steamed broccoli, scalloped potatoes

    when I get home: sleepytime tea

    BREAKFAST - Soy Latte. 1 multigrain toast with avacado, Earth Balance, and Italian style Tofurky.

    LUNCH - Leftover lasagna and 1 veggie tamale. Steamed spinach.

    SNACK - 1 apple and 1 tangerine.

    DINNER - Avacado and Tofurky sandwich. Hot soy chocolate.

    SNACK - Almond clusters and potato chips (and I'm wondering why I'm not losing weight!).

    breakfast:
    coffee + soya milk
    oats, banana, strawberries + soya milk

    throughout the day:
    sandwich of spelt bread, yeast extract + cucumber slices
    handful of cherry tomatoes, 2 carrots
    apple, orange
    2 chocolate biscuits
    spoonful of lemon ice-cream nicked from boyfriend
    organic elderberry lemonade

    dinner:
    curried rice with courgettes, banana + raisins

    My day started off pretty bad, but got better towards the end

    Breakfast: FOUR no-bake chocolate cookies with extra chocolate sauce drizzled on top This filled me up so much that I wasn't hungry till 8:00!!

    Snacks (spaced throughout the afternoon): 2 bananas and a square of Denman island hazelnut chocolate bar

    Supper: brown rice/kale stirfry with 7 vegetable gyozas and some sliced carrots and cucumbers with CC's raw goddess dressing.

    Yesterday:

    3 homeade cinnamon waffles w/ earth balance & maple syrup
    2 yves sausage patties
    1/2 grapefruit
    orange juice
    keemum tea w/ rosebuds

    double bergamont earl grey tea
    huge veggie burger on 2 slices flax bread, toasted w/ nayonnaise, spinach, tomato salsa, red onions, soy cheddar
    oven fries w/ ketchup & vegenaise
    few baby sour gherkins
    roasted red & green peppers, spinach, artichokes
    few bites of tabouli (was way too stuffed to finish it....most of this food was from Whole Foods)
    can of natural cola

    another cup of double bergamont earl grey
    slice of chocolate cake w/ apricot filling
