Anyway, I agree with you that a drink is not a lunch. I'm not sure about others, but I grab a coffee or snack when I don't have a lunchtime. My schedule is basically work or class from 10:30-4:00 everyday with no breaks.

Don't worry about it, Ella. When I count my calories and nutrition online, some days I consume 60g of fat and other days only 20g. I think it all balances out in the end. And plus your fat came from healthy sources like nuts and flaxseeds.

As long as your fat equals no more than 30% of your daily calorie intake, then I think it's ok. For example, a couple of days ago I consumed 43g of fat, but that was only 24% of my total calorie intake so that was ok.
