Oh this thread is useful to me cause i find recording what i eat on a public forum like this helps me shame myself into eating healthy stuff. I have been really off food lately following a bit of a bad patch (freakin men) but getting myself sorted and my appetite is returning slowly.
breakfast - 2 slices wholemeal toast with pure spread and cheesly
Dinner - mushrooms, cherry tomotoes, aubugine and onion roasted in olive oil, wholemeal pasta and grated cheesly
3 glasses of wine in the pub
1 slice of toast with pure spread when i got home
during the day i drank about 4 cups of black tea and a bottle of water.
