L: The usual tortilla salad wraps. Don't care if it's getting boring - I LOVE eating them!
D: Went to Squeek in Nottingham again and had a flour tortilla w/ spicy chilli vegetables and a side of tomato-based salad. Very yummy and very spicy! Then a choc-rum-raisin-banana dessert. It should have had an almond shortcake with it, but when it arrived it was def a ginger shortcake, yuck. So I ate the choc bit (which judging from the kick probably contained a whole bottle of rum, not a shot) and left the shortcake!
Today:
B: 4 (yes 4) crumpets w/ Pure spread and organic marmalade.
L: Those pesky tortilla salad wraps again lol. Big bowl filled w/strawberries, raspberries, 1 kiwi. Homemade choco-banana shake.
D: Will be spinach and chickpea curry from VWAV. If it turns out ok I'll post a piccie in the "good food" thread.
B: Coffee and Chocolate Cake
L: Vegan chicken pieces fried with smoked chipotle paste. In a white crusty baton with wild rocket and vegan mozzarella and Mayo.
D: Will be ChiliTofu, spring rolls, rice, noodles
(Errm yum. I have no idea what chipotle is though. Why don't I ever think to make stuff like that.)
