Today: Coffee, Apple and Cinnamon Oatmeal, way too much stir-fry (pea pods, red peppers, onions, mushrooms, baby corn, and brocolli), and a veggie egg roll (obviously not all eaten at the same time...that wouldn't be a very good combinaiton)
I'm making up for my awful day of eating yesterday that included a whole package of guacamole and a bag of tositos chips, a few pb&j sandwiches, among other non-healthy snacks like cookies
