- trader joes cold ginger peanut noodles

- 2 dates, couple bites of tabbouleh that was dried out and not very good
- large toasted whole wheat pita with tofu salad (crumbled marinated tofu with green pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, and green onions, vegannaise, and mustard) topped with alfalfa sprouts

A big handful of baby leaf spinach with seseame oil fried tofu, red onion, garlic, mushroom, raw carrot and almonds.
Dinner:
Wholegrain pasta with raw courgette, raw tomatoes, big load of fresh parsley and a dash of extra virgin olive oil.
The taste of anything in my mouth for 5 seconds does not equate to the beauty and complexity of life.

And for dinner am def having a quinoa and black bean stuffed pepper from VWAV.

Lunch: I ate out at Mildred's restaurant for lunch. I had a veggie burger with rocket, sweet relish and vegan mayo and really lovely wedgey-type chips
I also bought 6 of those vegan Organica chocolate bars from Fresh and Wild and shared half a coconut one and half a peanut one with my friend
Green tea, water and lots of glasses of cola with lime slices. I feel so full up....
(Saying that I have one of the hazelnut and nougat chocolate bars on my lap that I will probably eat in about 10 minutes. Lol I'm already starting to eat it in the time it took me to type this.)
