Snack - another handful of almonds and walnuts
a homemade granola bar thing
a piece of celery with peanut butter
some more green tea
Dinner - a large romaine salad with cucumber, radish, chives, cherry tomatoes, squash
some leftover veggie spaghetti
a nectarine
even more green tea
Snack - a chocolate chip walnut muffin
some soymilk to wash it down

L: I went to a vegan Christmas gathering! So I had a plate full of different things, salad, sushi (I made) a spinach & brazil nut baked pastry thingy, lots of other stuff
A: we had all the sweets, passiofruit melting moments, cupcakes (I made), brownies, sticky date pudding and mince pies. I was stuffed and had a bit of a sugar high
D: had a veggie burger even though I'd eaten heaps for lunch, water

I had some rice with vegetables (bell peppers, onions, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, spinach added at the end), and tofu with lime juice squeezed on top of it and stirred with teriyaki sauce. Yummy! Also tried a cherry soy yogurt the first time.
Started off with pop tarts and Black coffee
For lunch had a homemade pizza with tomato sauce, onions, garlic and bell peppers
Dinner had a veggie burger and peas. Need to shop at Mothers tomorrow to restock. Fridge and pantry are pretty barren.
I have had toast and yeast extract for breakfast, have got loads of fruit to snack on and have sneaked one of hub's caramel desserts in my bag. Mmmmmm

L: 3 small tortilla wraps filled w/ Plamil mayo, lettuce, spring onion, orange pepper, chestnut mushrooms, vine tomatoes, asparagus and Redwoods "chicken" chunks. 1 Divine after dinner mint.
S: Many Japanese rice crackers (garlic and tamari flavour).
D: Will be warm homebaked rosemary focaccia from VCON with Suma organic tomato and red pepper soup, followed by chocolate cake (Orgran packet mix) with the chocolate ganache topping from VCTOTW.
EDIT: My dinner plans went astray and I ended up having 2 nut cutlets, 2 bhajis and 2 samosas (a bit random, I know!) plus the chocolate cake.

That's not a lot. Like many of us though - I suppose you over indulged on Christmas day, in particular
all I've had is two 6 scoop take away boxes from VitaOrganic and two litres of water.
This is partly due to having to go all the way to Hampshire to collect my suitcase.

Well generally i dont have breakfast but today was the exception .. I just had a lovely big bowl of fried mushrooms .. they were soooo yummy .. Not the healthiest breakfast i could have chosen but i had a random craving .. after waking up feeling rather sick. Oh gosh writing that makes me sound pregnant... *runs to take a pregnancy test* That would honestly be the icing on the vegan chocolate cake right now. *sighs* Anyway i managed to ramble waaaay off topic there .. food .. yes food .. My fried mushrooms were yummy

L: Nut burgers in soft white rolls w/ lettuce. Japanese rice crackers (garlic and tamari flavour). Slice (well, a very big slice actually, more of a chunk!) of chocolate cake w/ chocolate ganache topping from VCTOTW.
D: Chickpea cutlets from VCON. Mashed potato with Pure and seasoning. Garlic-roasted asparagus. Gravy w/ chestnut musrooms and some spare chickpeas.
S: A small handful salted peanuts. 2 glasses white wine.

Hi today i have for breakfast i had two slices of wholemeal toast with spreadable sheeze in mexican cheese flavour then had left over pasta bake lunch time is and left left over lasagne midafternoon because i was cold and hungry and chinese for dinner and had water and oranges inbetween
got no food as tescos man has gone awol
