- Oatmeal w/ blueberries & banana. vanilla green tea. black coffee.
- a few chips
- bread roll filled w/ avocado, tomato, cucumber, carrot & mixed leaves. pineapple chunks (went on a picnic )
- vegan lasagne & steamed spinach. 2 glasses of soda
