Two crumpets - one with lime and lemon marmalade and the other with dairy free chocolate spread

applepie, i dont have a choice about how much i eat. i have major health problems (nausea and vomiting being one of them) so what i need to focus on is keeping anything down, and that is what i do. keeping down one meal is a big feat for me. sometimes i cant eat at all. and i dont get enough energy. lol. i was very proud of yesterdays dinner because i ate a lot of things. i almost threw up after eating the broccoli and juice but i kept on going and managed to keep it all down.

Dinner: pan-fried tofu and polenta slices topped with vegan "cheddar", nutritional yeast, salsa and a few tortilla chips. Carrot applesauce with fresh ginger.
Snacks: a few Newman's cookies, slice of whole wheat bread with PB
The whole day was just under 1, 500 calories. I was surprised out how good dinner turned out to be!
I'm off to take the roasted eggplant out of the oven and mix up my first baba ganoush. I've never had eggplant (that I can remember) or tahini, so this is an adventure!
