lunch: left over chickpea burgers that I made a couple of days ago, on whole wheat bread with tomatoes, lettuce, mushrooms, homemade "mayo."
dinner: some leftover "shephard's pie" with lentils and veggies.

Aww, thanks Cobweb & Applepie I have so many issues with food and my weight...everyone around me is on diets/barely eats a thing, plus I have ED issues from the past both with under and overeating, so it's nice to get some positive feedback. Anyhoo, this is not the place to moan about such things, onto the menu...

I know what you mean, this I find really hard as well. I am still struggling with my ED, sometimes more, sometimes less. Even when I can convince myself that eating normally is in my best interest, I find that nobody eats "normally" - everywhere around me people are trying the most ridiculous diets, and nobody seems to be listening to their bodies and their nutritional requirements.

I have to say it's really, really yummy but I prefer the pecan/treacle flavour as it tastes sweeter .

Breakfast: 2 Shredded Wheats covered with a smoothie made of 1 banana, 1 plum and a scoop of protein powder to thicken it (made out of peas!!!)
Morning snack: Half a cinnamon bagel (saving the other half for the afternoon)
Lunch: Cashew nut and mixed veggie stir-fry with brown rice
Also had a couple of cups of the best herbal tea I've ever had - new brand I've not tried before called Yogi Tea. They do several flavours and the one I tried was the Egytian blend. I'd recommend this to anyone trying to give up sugar in their tea as it has a lot of cinnamon in it which makes for a really naturally sweet aftertaste!

Trying gluten, peanut and soy-free [somewhat following Brendan Brazier's Thrive Diet, except I still can't kick the caffiene habit].

Breakfast: 2 slices of whole wheat toast with strawberry pecan jam, 6 oz of mixed berry soy yogert with 1/4 of a cup apple cinnamon granola.
Snack: 2 hard pretzels, 1 tablespoon of tomato basil hummus.
Lunch: Missed it.
Dinner: 1 cup of rice, 1 cup of tomato gravy (tomato sauce with diced tomatoes, Oil and seasonings). half a small white eggplant fried, 1 soy sausage.
Snack: An iced espresso latte (6 shots) with vegan caramel sauce made specially for me by a kind vegan barista.
Until we stop harming all other living beings, We are still savages.
