I am going on a new "diet", a healthier one, I will eat more fruit, only in the morning, or 30 minutes after eating anything else. I will food combine properly...I will drink more water...blah blah blah, you get the message. lol

I drink the Rubicon brand. I buy it in the International food isle at the regular grocery store.
I really like guava juice, because it's high in iron. This Rubicon brand has 10% iron in one cup.
Today:

1 bowl of organic oatmeal made with vanilla soy milk, to which I added 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1oz of organic raisins.
A few pieces of chocolate.
