B: ww english muffin with a bit of EB, tea
L: Soy yogurt, apple, green tea, grapes
D: black beans and brown rice, tons of spinach with nutritional yeast, green beans
S: bunch of grapes, a cup of vanilla soy milk, about 1/2 cup chocolate soy milk, loads of tea, & about 1.5 liters water
might have some chocolate soy milk or a peppermint-soy milk frozen smoothie later.
i hate to be a bother and ask, but is this a balanced diet? i'm trying to get into the swing of eating properly again...it's a bit low on carbs i suppose, must do better tomorrow. sorry to ask, i just want to be a healthy vegan and i'm a bit new at this
