well today I've had a Pogo Devil Breakfast a Chocolate & Pear Desert followed by a Nut Roast dinnner with all the trimmings inc sour kraut
many cups of tea and a hot choc.

Breakfast was cereal with banana slices and soy + rice milk.
Lunch was AWESOME.
We made falafels and tabouleh in toasted wraps full of veggies.
I'll post for yesterday, since it's only early here:
2 cups of coffee with vanilla soy milk.
3 banana pancakes with maple syrup.
1 vanilla soy latte.
1 granola bar.
2 glasses sparkling apple juice.
3 soft tacos - flour tortillas, Yves Mexican ground round (with taco seasoning), soy sour cream, salsa, tomato, lettuce, avocado.
Oven fries.
1 cup Christmas Eve tea.
1 cookie.
A few dark chocolate almonds & cranberries.
I had:
Breakfast - hummous and spinach sandwich (I was on a course for work, and everyone else was eating pain-au-chocolats so I felt compelled to make an early start on my lunch)
Lunch - another sandwich, carrot and celery and pepper and tomato and cucumber and melon and apple and pineapple
Afternoon - half a packet of fruit shortcake biscuits, two squares of dark chocolate and a bag of crisps
Dinner - I'll be having maccaroni with bolognese sauce and maybe peas, but after all those biscuits I'm not hungry yet.

D: Malaysian-marinated tofu, onion, spinnach, sesame seeds, soy sauce, tomato and green capsicum stiry fry on brown rice.
S: Orgran vanilla cake with homemade vanilla icing an a couple of raspberries

I was so excited to find larabars here in Australia! Usually I shop at Coles/my local supermarket and had never thought to look in an actual health food shop, so when I did go in you could imagine my surprise when I sae every flavour of larabars and a whole bunch of other vegan food i had never seen before!!
Much better than yesterday:

I have just had my breakfast/lunch. I made a homemade pizza with green pepper, onions, pineapple and soya cheese. It was soooooo nice.
Snap, just made myself pizza with cheezly and redwood sausages. And delicious it was too!
