stalk with PB.
Lunch: A veggieburger on WW with chedder rice cheese.
Dinner: breaded "chicken" and veggies with schezuan sauce.
Snacks: Coffee with soy creamer and whip. Might have some more celery with PB later.

Dinner - Multigrain Tofurky sandwich with radishes, tomatoes and chives.

Mmmmm food. Today I had, in order of appearence,
-Pitta bread with tomatoes, thai fish-style cakes and spicy cheezley
-For lunch I tried to eat some chips but they were mingin so I had a few and chucked the rest.
-For dinner I had cou-cous with roasted veggies and a salad. It was epic.

1 8oz pkg vegan cream cheese
1/4 c mashed silken tofu
1/3 c sugar
pinch salt
1 c sugar
1 1/2 c flour
1/4 c cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 c water
1/2 c oil
1 Tbs vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
makes 18 cupcakes.
preheat oven to 350 F
combine 1st 4 ingredients in small bowl. set aside.
in a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients well.
line muffin tins with paper cups. fill each cup 1/2-1/3 full. Drop spoonful of cream cheese mixture into each filled cup.
bake 20-25 minutes.

Haha, I think she means "tea" as in her evening meal. As a UK'er, I'm surprised you don't know. I thought that was a pretty common word for dinner/supper over there.

You might all notice a Larabar pattern to my day They've just been so convenient cos I've been busy Not addicted, honest.
Breakfast: Larabar (banana cookie)
Snack: Larabar (cinammon roll)
Lunch: Udon noodles w/ peanut sauce from VWAV (again, recommended - tastes great). Larabar (lemon pie). Bowl filled w/ strawberries and diced plum. Nakd cherry flavour raisins.
Snack: 3/4 of a large bag of mini poppadums
Dinner: Will be fettucine alfreda from VWAV, topped w/ sauteed asparagus, red pepper and some mushrooms I need to use up. And for dessert the last of the strawberries, the last of the cherries and a pear.
Need to go shopping tomorrow...
