Cheeseless pizza with olives and red pepper

Packet of hula hoops
Sunflower seeds
Water, green tea and a large coke
Today:
2 slices of toast with pure and PB
Packet of crisps
I'm making carrot, potato and lentil soup for lunch with flaxseed oil
I will probably make pasta with tomato and vegetable sauce for dinner, I need to eat some more veggies today to make up for the last few days!
