It doesn't come up if you search for "kale" or "kale chips", there must be a problem with the search function. I found it by looking through the threads Foxytina had started.

i said that because vega is like food, and i add to oj so its more like a food than a supplement. i take a lot of supplements i dont add here too.

I'm in the process of clearing up the food that's in the fridge and cupboards before we go away. Plus, today I was really hungry so ate lots:
2 cups of coffee with Silk creamer.
2 pieces organic wholewheat toast with Soy Garden buttery spread and strawberry jam.
1 bowl Nature's Path Optimum Zen cereal.
10 BBQ rice crackers (the little ones).
1 sesame hoagie roll filled with 1/2 cold (cooked) Torfurky Sweet Italian Sausage, cold fried onions, ketchup.
1 bar of dark chocolate.
20g plain potato chips.
1 bowl home-made soup: organic potato, organic cauliflower, organic red onion, garlic, organic vegetable stock.
2 pieces organic wholewheat toast with Soy Garden buttery spread.
1 glass organic cranberry juice.
4 squares rice milk chocolate.
mmm it all sounds really yummy roxy.
i forgot to say walnuts too. i eat walnuts everyday. and i think im going to have a bowl of brown rice before i go to sleep. the exercise made me hungry again.

Today i've had fried sausages in a white bread roll with tomato ketchup for breakfast, then fries for lunch. Two cups of tea.
I'm still struggling to eat well now its colder, i've gone off my daily salad, all i want is carbs, carbs....... and more carbs

Breakfast: porridge with vanilla soya milk and blueberry spread as a sweetener
Lunch: a lot of little apples from my friend up the road 's garden with chunks of cranberry cheezely
Dinner: homemade chickpea and spinach curry with some of the apples chopped up and added, also some sprouted mustard seeds added. With brown rice.
Snacks: red grapes, almonds, an orange, roasted channa dahl.
Drinks: lots of tea, herbal and the plain kind. Some organic orange juice with the curry. Some bambu drink.

Yesterday i was in indian restaurant and i ate: Noodle wok with tofu, Laddu (dessert made out for souflour) and coffee.
Today i started morning with tea, oatdrink, bread, vegan cheese, hummus and ryecereal. After that i ate todays lunch: rice, cauliflower, carrot, tomato, soy groats, onion and sunflower oil.

BREAKFAST:
Roasted potato and rosemary slices covered in veggie mix (carrots, a whole green pepper, a whole yellow pepper, baked beans and onions) and then wrapped in a tortilla wrap and dipped in BBQ sauce.
LUNCH:
4 slices of white bread - each seperate one - peanutbutter, lime marmalade, chocolate spread and veggiemite.
DINNER:
Vegetable Bhuna (brought from an Indian takeaway) mixed with garlic sauce and ketchup.
The taste of anything in my mouth for 5 seconds does not equate to the beauty and complexity of life.
