Roxy, I just wanted to tell you what an inspiration you have been to me. I know that you are counting calories, but from your posts you would never know you were - you eat lots of variety and yummy foods. I used to calorie count for years and years (i still have all the notebooks ) so I am a bit tired of that, however over the last week or so I have used your model and just tried to eat smaller portions, eat only when hungry, etc. I have lost about 4 lbs and 2 people told me I tooked thinner!
So, we will see...If I can continue to loose weight like this, that would be great.
