Urgh, been away for a while with mucho stomach issues and nothing really worth posting. Tests have come back and apparently I've developed coeliac disease which is great . I had no idea you could even 'develop' it, I thought it was something you were born with??? Anyhoo that's such a bummer because I already have IBS and can't tolerate a lot of fiberous veggies...don't even get me started on soy - I only eat it when there's literally nothing else vegan available and always regret it! So now I'm just desperately trying to put together a menu of what I can actually eat...not that it'll stop me eating though
