Haven't been too active today so it feels like I've eaten loads!
Breakfast: half a pear, porridge w/ rice milk and sultanas
Lunch: 2 Redwood's fish style fingers, steamed veggies (broccoli, sweetcorn, carrots)
Few squares of Green & Black's 85%
Dinner: Baked beans topped with cheezly, and a pitta bread filled with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and olives

1 cup fresh pineapple
whole-wheat wrap with hummus and baby spinach; soy joghurt
brown and wild rice with kidney beans, frozen mixed veggies and curry sauce; soy protein powder mixed with water

Potato bake with steamed leeks, brocolli and two frys sausages. This was covered in dairy free cheese sauce and of course I had ketchup!
For desert I had a chocolate cookie covered in single cream. Was yummy and my mrs cooked it all!

Porridge this am, wheat free pasta and homemade tomato pasta sauce for lunch, for dinner i converted a recipe from the somerfield magazine! red lentil casserole with sliced potato topping had that with a pile of veggies and have made some cornflake crispy cakes for later
Also made a lemon cake which ive hidden in my wardrobe as its a suprise for parents wedding anniversary Tues got to get icing sugar tomorrow and make some butter icing to go in the middle - no idea about decorating the top
how about more lemony icing and some kind of peeled lemon skin decorative twirly stuff?

Ha ha, well get used to it, in fact I'm sure I will add extra food to my list later in the day. (actually it probably will be junk food, my day is seeming suspiciously healthy so far.)
(My husband eats nothing, literally one meal a day, he never gets that hungry. I cannot understand it myself.)
