Just to prove I do eat like crap some days. My stomach hurts!
3 cups of coffee
quinoa flakes w/ banana and ground flaxseeds
wasabi pea snack
2 luna bars
1 peach
small handful of sunflower seeds
2 bowls of lentil carrot soup
vanilla soy yogurt
3 squares of dark chocolate
1 peach
EDIT: Hmmm it doesnt look as bad as it sounded in my head lol... It did seem like I was eating all day long!
