snack: apple, berryblossom white tea
lunch bento: lasagna, cauliflower leek puree, salad (lettuce, cucumber, celery, carrot, avocado, dried cherries, woodstock dressing), half an oatmeal raisin cookie, diet pepsi
snack: vanilla soy yogurt w/ vanilla almond crunch cereal
dinner: veggie brown rice sushi, more lasagna (almost done with the pan), one beer
before bed: emergen-c packet
