breakfast: one piece of dry wheat toast and a sprite (was getting over an upset tummy)
snack: another piece of dry toast, peach soy yogurt
lunch: coconut almond red curry w/ veggies over fettuccine, vanilla cupcake
snack: coke zero cherry, a peach & an asian pear
dinner: chips & salsa, taco salad (refried beans, grilled onions & peppers, pico de gallo, lettuce, guacamole in a tortilla shell), a margarita and a beer
