yesterday i had more muffins and gingerbread men for breakfast followed by a 'raw' veggie bacon sandwich (never had it straight out of the packet before, i was being lazy). for dinner i had veg curry and rice which i couldn't finish so i have the leftovers for my lunch today. i didn't drink enough water yesterday so i feel very dehydrated

Natex is similar to vegemite and marmite.
I prefer marmite but it is made by a very unethical company so I tried to find an alternative.
Marmite is also saltier. Natex has a reduced salt version. The normal version is less salty than Marmite. I also keep Marmite in for dear one as he won't eat Natex, but I prefer Natex. Natex doesn't give that burning feeling on the tongue that Marmite does.
