Lunch: Minestroni soup with ciabatta roll, savoury crackers with mushroom pate and a chocolate peppermint cupcake (I don't usually eat as much in the middle of the day, but it was my birthday lunch. Bookgirl (DD) baked the cupcakes )
Dinner: stirfry (a packet of frozen with extra mushrooms and cashews)
