Not a good day today, no fresh food at all (I didn't leave the house and I'm out of fresh fruit ):
Late breakfast/lunch: sprouted flour-free bagel, half with tofutti herb cream cheese and the other half with earthbalance
Snack: 1 dried pineapple ring
Supper: bowl of vegetable curry (potatoes, carrots and onion) over white rice, and 6 vegetable gyozas
I gotta get to the store!
