Squash and Tofu curry with 50g brown rice and 3 lettuce leaves
Handful of mixed nuts and 1 cube of dark chocolate
Supper -
1 piece of white toast with marmite and a herby oatcake.
Yikes it seems like i eat loads compared to all you guys!!
I should cut my food intake down cos i have but on a couple of kg in the last few months.....still only bmi of 18.9 tho...

dinner: southwestern corn casserole, cole slaw w/ apples, raisins & pecans, cold french fries (I brought pumpkin cake for me and my coworkers but ants got to it before we did and so I ate the french fries out of frustration.)
after work: two glasses red wine
It only seems that way because of the way you have set it out and don't worry, most of us like our food on here anyway...especially CAKE!

And that is it so far, I don't eat enough, it's bothering me, I am losing weight really fast and don't know really how to put it on, my BMI (not that BMI's are amazingly accurate) has gone down to 16!!
